Senior IT System Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure using Intune, VMware, and Azure.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and backups.
- Develop strategies for business continuity and disaster recovery.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate and optimize systems.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.
- Document system configurations and procedures.
- Provide IT training to employees.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years in system engineering and IT infrastructure management in large enterprises.
- Proficient in Microsoft-based IT infrastructure, including AD/Exchange/Office.
- Experience with Hybrid Azure AD, Exchange Online migrations, and Microsoft 365.
- Skilled in VMware architecture, backup, and recovery.
- Familiarity with Azure or AWS.
- Strong system security awareness; Jump Box experience preferred.
- Knowledge of ITIL service management processes preferred.
- Excellent English; Chinese proficiency preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure, VMware) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in multinational environments.
- Project leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge of AWS or Google Cloud.
