Job Description
Responsibilities:
Supervise dining floor staff and ensure smooth service flow
Manage scheduling, training, and performance of service team
Address guest concerns and resolve service issues
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for service quality
Monitor inventory and assist in procurement
