Job Description

Overseeing the resort’s daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, events management, facilities maintenance, and cafe operations.
Addressing and resolving guest complaints and concerns promptly
Training, mentoring, and supervising staff
Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
Conducting daily inspections of all facilities to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are met.
Assisting in promotional activities to attract and retain guests.
Maintaining accurate records of operations, including financial reports, inventory, and staff performance.
Staying updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve resort operations.
