Job Description
• Supervise and coordinate daily laundry operations, ensuring timely and efficient processing of items.
• Assign duties to laundry staff and monitor productivity and quality of output.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate laundry team members to maintain high performance standards.
• Inspect finished products to ensure cleanliness, repair, and presentation standards are met.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laundry equipment; coordinate repairs and routine maintenance.
• Monitor inventory levels of chemicals, detergents, and linens; place orders as needed.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and sanitation standards per company policy and regulations.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on production, staff performance, and maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with other departments (housekeeping, nursing, guest services) to ensure smooth linen delivery and special requests.
Job Qualifications:
• K-12 graduate or equivalent (Associate/Technical degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is a plus)
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in commercial or industrial laundry operations
• 1+ year supervisory or team lead experience is a plus
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of commercial laundry equipment and operations
• Understanding of safety and hygiene regulations
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate repairs
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic computer proficiency for scheduling, reporting, and inventory management
Salary: ₱20,000 plus 10% commission after regularization
