Laundry Operations Supervisor

The Laundry Operations Supervisor will report to the President and CEO, VP for
Operations, Admin/ HR Audit, and General Manager

Job Description.
 Supervise and coordinate daily laundry operations, ensuring timely and efficient processing of items.
 Assign duties to laundry staff and monitor productivity and quality of output.
 Train, mentor, and evaluate laundry team members to maintain high standards of performance.
 Inspect finished products to ensure they meet cleanliness, repair, and presentation standards.
 Maintain and troubleshoot laundry equipment, coordinate repairs and routine maintenance.
 Monitor inventory levels of chemicals, detergents, and linens; place orders as needed.
 Implement and enforce safety procedures and sanitation standards in line with company policy and regulatory requirements.
 Prepare daily and weekly reports on production, staff performance, and maintenance issues.
 Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, nursing, or guest services) to ensure smooth linen delivery schedules and special requests.
