Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our teamin Cebu Central Visayas. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our Greenclass/Flightschool account clients.

What you'll be doing
Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshooting technical issues and guiding customers to resolve problems
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or subject matter experts
Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience
Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
