Job Description

Join the dynamic team as a Customer Support for our thriving travel account. As a key member of our call centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This is a full-time position based in Cebu, Central Visayas, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing
Handle inbound customer enquiries and requests via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide suggestions for process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and best practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively resolve customer queries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems
