Job Description
Location: Ortigas, Pasig
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
1. Process and manage orders from entry to delivery using ERP systems
2. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across platforms
3. Coordinate with sales, logistics, finance, and supply chain teams
4. Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues or delays
5. Generate reports and provide insights to improve order processes
6. Maintain up-to-date documentation and SOPs
