Clinic Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and building a strong, cohesive team. Loyalty, trustworthiness, and commitment to excellence are essential qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:
* Oversee the clinic’s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
* Implement and maintain clinic protocols and standards.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

2. Sales and Marketing:
* Strategize and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed the clinic’s monthly and annual targets.
* Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
* Collaborate on promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to attract and retain clients.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling treatments and products.

3. Team Leadership:
* Lead and inspire the clinic team to achieve high performance and maintain morale.
* Develop team leaders within the clinic to strengthen overall leadership.
* Provide regular training to ensure staff are knowledgeable and confident in treatments and services.
* Address and resolve team challenges to foster a harmonious work environment.

4. Customer Experience:
* Ensure all clients receive exceptional service and personalized care.
* Address client concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment that aligns with the clinic’s brand.

5.Financial Oversight:
* Manage clinic budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.
* Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, revenue, and operational metrics.
* Monitor cash handling and billing procedures to maintain accuracy and transparency.

6. Strategic Growth:
* Identify new opportunities to expand the clinic’s services and client base.
* Work closely with management to align goals and strategies with overall company objectives.
* Stay updated on industry trends to keep the clinic competitive and innovative.

* Be a role model of integrity, fostering a culture of professionalism within the clinic.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s Degree
* Licensed Nurse (Registered Nurse) is an advantage.
* At least 5 years of work experiences in a beauty and skin care clinic.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Customer service, time & people management
* Sales & Marketing oriented
* Smart, friendly and with self-confidence

JOB RELATIONSHIP:

* Directly reporting to the Operations Manager and President/CEO.
