Job Description
Salary Range: Php 30,000 – 40,000
Work Schedule: 6 days a week
Qualifications:
• Must be a college graduate
• With 2–3 years minimum management experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or aesthetic field
• Experience in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
• Proven people management skills with the ability to lead high-performing teams
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Background in P&L accounts or budgetary management
• Positive and proactive “can-do” attitude
• High level of drive and determination; can manage ambiguity and operational challenges
• Understanding of statutory HR and Health & Safety policies
• Experience with CQC policies and procedures is a plus
• Genuine passion for the aesthetic industry
