Job Description
Aesthetic Clinic Manager – UP Town Katipunan Ave., Quezon City
Salary Range: Php 30,000 – 40,000
Work Schedule: 6 days a week
Qualifications:
• Must be a college graduate
• With 2–3 years of management experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or aesthetic industry
• Experience working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
• Proven people management skills and ability to lead high-performing teams
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge in P&L accounts or budgetary management to control costs
• Positive, "can-do" attitude
• Ability to handle ambiguity and challenges in day-to-day management
• Understanding of statutory policies (e.g. HR, Health & Safety)
• Experience with CQC policies and procedures is a plus
• Genuine passion for the aesthetic industry
• Must have prior experience in an Aesthetic Clinic
