Job Description
Salary: Php 50,000 - 60,000
Job type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 9 PM - 6 AM PH Time
Language: English (required)
Location: Work From Home
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing client onboarding and web-build project initiation.
- Leading the web development team, setting priorities, and ensuring timely task completion.
- Coordinating and managing ongoing web development projects for on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Maintaining strong client relationships, addressing concerns, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Utilizing Notion for project tracking, client management, and documentation.
- Translating business needs into technical requirements and explaining technical issues to clients.
- Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the CSM role and development processes.
- Tracking team capacity and managing resources efficiently.
- Setting goals for the development team and tracking their performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of web development processes and technologies (e.g., WordPress, APIs, Figma).
- Proficiency with project management tools like Notion, Slack, Monday, and Gmail.
- Proven experience in client relationship management and team leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially for conveying technical information to non-technical clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Sales skills for identifying and communicating value for additional services.
- Adaptability to time zone differences and remote team dynamics.
- Strategic thinking to anticipate future needs.
