Job Description
Sales & Business Development – Drive regional sales growth, identify new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with key customers.
Customer Relationship Management – Provide technical support, address customer concerns, and conduct training sessions.
Team & Territory Management – Supervise sales representatives, assign targets, and ensure proper product distribution.
Reporting & Strategy Execution – Analyze sales data, track market trends, and collaborate with marketing and technical teams.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the animal feed industry.
Strong understanding of animal nutrition and feed formulation.
Proven experience in regional sales and business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Flexible to travel
