Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Shell Open Canal, Gen. Trias, Cavite
We are looking for a highly responsible and dynamic Site Manager to lead daily operations at our Shell fuel station. If you are a multi-tasker, people-oriented, and committed to excellence—we want you on our team!Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily station operations and staff performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth fuel dispensing operations
- Monitor inventory of fuel and lubricants; manage stock ordering and deliveries
- Supervise cashiering, shift schedules, and staff attendance
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with Shell standards
- Handle petty cash, sales reports, and bank deposits
- Assist in recruitment, training, and team development
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with head office and external suppliers when needed
Qualifications:
Preferably residing in Imus or Open Canal, Gen. Trias
With leadership experience in retail, fuel, or fast-paced service industries
Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
Trustworthy and detail-oriented
Can work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
With knowledge of basic computer programs (MS Excel, Google Sheet, etc.)
