Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled sales calls to present DSM Talent's fixed pricing and packages, aiming to close deals without negotiation.
- Proactively follow up with leads, handle objections, and position DSM Talent as the ideal solution.
- Accurately track all lead interactions, follow-ups, and closed deals in the CRM.
- Provide reports on conversion rates and overall sales performance.
- Ensure smooth transitions for new clients to the onboarding team, clarifying the next steps.

Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent verbal English communication with high emotional intelligence.
- Proven sales and closing skills, with experience in consultative selling.
- Skilled in objection handling and real-time persuasion without lengthy discussions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities to quickly build trust.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., SmartSuite, ClickUp) and basic email outreach tools.
- 2+ years in a sales closing role with a track record of high close rates.
