Job Description

Location: Cebu City, Philippines
Schedule: In-office | Full-Time | Monday to Friday (Day Shift)
Reports To: HR Manager & Sales Director
Purpose of the Role: To help new team members become productive, confident, and aligned with their roles at Voortman X by delivering onboarding, training, and performance coaching during their probation periods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate comprehensive onboarding sessions for new hires, primarily via Zoom, introducing them to the company’s systems, culture, tools, and expectations to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Deliver targeted training sessions that equip new team members with role-specific knowledge and skills, using interactive methods such as live roleplays, scenario simulations, and real-time feedback.
- Coach new hires throughout the onboarding period, monitoring individual KPIs and providing personalized guidance to help them meet weekly performance benchmarks.
- Create and maintain clear training resources such as SOPs, step-by-step documentation, and video guides; ensure all materials reflect current systems and processes.
- Assess trainee performance and readiness for deployment by evaluating both qualitative and quantitative indicators; make informed recommendations regarding extended training or dismissal when necessary.
- Collaborate with HR and Team Leaders by providing regular progress updates, aligning on improvement strategies, and supporting enhancements to the onboarding and training pipeline.
- Contribute to training program refinement by identifying gaps, proposing updates, and integrating feedback from trainees and leadership.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
- No prior experience required — fresh graduates with the right mindset and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and engage with a variety of learning styles
- Proficient in using productivity and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Spreadsheets, etc.).
- Ability to facilitate training in group workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple training schedules, materials, and participants simultaneously
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret KPIs and performance data to refine training strategies for greater impact
- Positive, proactive, and collaborative, with a strong desire to contribute to team development and continuous improvement
