Job Description

Voortman X is searching for a Sales Trainer who knows how to coach, inspire, and deliver results. This isn't just a job - it's a chance to shape a high-performing team from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead onboarding and training for new sales hires
- Build clear, useful materials: scripts, objection handling guides, and process docs
- Run workshops, live role plays, and coaching sessions
- Help Sales Managers turn best practices into daily routines
- Track team performance and adjust training to fill any gaps
- Stay up to date on what’s working in the market — and keep us one step ahead

What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills
- Confident leading both group training and 1-on-1 coaching
- Organized and able to manage multiple training tracks at once
- Comfortable with performance data and using it to drive improvements
