Job Description

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, or technical issues.

Resolve customer complaints with patience, empathy, and efficiency.

Document interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meet service level agreements (SLAs).

Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.

Meet performance targets including quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
