Job Summary:
We are currently hiring a Call Center Agent with at least 6 months of call center experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping customers. As a Call Center Agent, you will handle inbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls and provide support for a variety of inquiries.
Resolve customer issues efficiently, accurately, and professionally.
Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system.
Provide product or service information and assist with billing or account-related queries.
Upsell or cross-sell additional services when appropriate.
Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure compliance and maintain high service standards.
Work collaboratively with team members and management to meet performance goals.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely solutions to inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:
At least 6 months of call center experience, preferably in a customer service, technical support, or sales role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to remain calm and professional in handling difficult or irate customers.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and meet performance targets.
Proficient in using call center software, CRM tools, and other relevant systems.
Flexible and dependable, with the ability to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
