Job Description
- Monitor company supply needs and order materials as required.
- Compare prices and negotiate to secure cost-effective purchases.
- Source high-quality products to support company operations.
- Work closely with the purchasing team to manage procurement tasks.
- Prepare reports and seek management approval for purchases.
- Track inventory and adjust orders based on current stock levels.
- Identify reliable and affordable suppliers within the industry.
- Ensure timely delivery of supplies to maintain smooth operations.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and financial statements.
- Evaluate and coordinate with external suppliers for material procurement.
- Salary:
- ₱18,000.00 Monthly
