Job Description

- Assist the Restaurant Manager with the daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and controlling labor costs

- Ensure exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and concerns

- Support the Restaurant Manager in driving sales growth by developing and implementing marketing strategies, promoting menu items, and building relationships with regular customers

- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, adhering to health and safety regulations

- Assist with recruiting, training, and developing staff to ensure excellent service standards and high levels of job satisfaction

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring the restaurant meets its financial objectives

- Collaborate with the culinary team to support the development of new menu items and promotions

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards

Job Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel

- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing labor costs

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and health and safety regulations
Salary:
₱30,000.00 Monthly
