Job Description
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
-Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques.
-Familiarity with employment laws, hiring regulations, and HR best practices.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to mentor, coach, and conduct performance evaluations for recruiters.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee and support HR Recruiters and Recruitment Coordinators.
-Develop and implement effective sourcing techniques.
-Strategize timelines for sourcing and deployment.
-Oversee job postings on various platforms.
-Conduct or oversee initial screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments.
-Ensure compliance with employment procedures.
-Track and report on sourcing and deployment activities.
-Coordinate with HR and management on workforce planning and onboarding processes.
-Provide mentoring and conduct performance reviews for recruiters.
-Perform other related duties as assigned
