Job Description

The Senior HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. This role plays a strategic role in aligning HR practices with the organization’s business objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.

Advise senior management on HR best practices, policy development, and workforce planning.

Act as a strategic business partner to department heads.

Talent Acquisition & Retention
Oversee full-cycle recruitment and selection processes.

Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.

Monitor and improve employee retention and engagement metrics.

Performance Management
Manage and enhance performance appraisal systems.

Support leadership in goal setting, performance feedback, and employee development.

Employee Relations
Handle complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Ensure employee concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Compensation & Benefits
Oversee salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and compensation structure.

Manage employee benefits programs and vendor relationships.

Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.

Learning & Development
Identify training needs and manage learning initiatives and development programs.

Drive leadership development and succession planning efforts.

HR Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

Maintain HR policies and procedures.

Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for management.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior role.

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.

Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Sound knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions:
Office environment with occasional travel depending on organizational needs.
