Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Director to lead our human resources function, focusing on HR operations and strategy while overseeing the well-being and development of our talented team members.

Responsibilities:

HR Strategy: Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with our organizational objectives.
HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the selection of top-tier candidates through effective sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
Employee Engagement: Promote a positive work environment, enhance employee engagement, and address workplace issues to maintain a healthy and motivated workforce.
Policy and Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Benefits and Compensation: Collaborate with external partners for benefits administration and manage the company's compensation structure.
HR Systems: Utilize HRIS and other tools to streamline HR processes and data management.
Talent Development: Implement and oversee training and development programs to support career growth and skills enhancement.
Strategic Planning: Provide strategic guidance and insights to the executive team on HR matters, contributing to organizational growth and success.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering their professional development and growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as an HR Director or in a senior HR leadership role in a BPO Contact Center
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and regulations.
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex HR challenges.
Handled 1000 to 2000 employees
