Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CBO
* Prepare reports, requests, letters, presentations, and other documents as needed.
* Coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
* Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
* Support the CEO with both personnel and professional tasks as required.
* Liaise with board members, senior executives, partners, and other stakeholders.
* Monitor and prioritize incoming correspondence (emails, phone calls, and mail) to ensure timely responses.
* Oversee and manage administrative tasks and general office operations.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
* At least of 1 year of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
* Exceptional organizational and timo-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsof Office Suite and virtual communication tools (c.g., Zoom, MS Teams).
* Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
* High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
Salary:
₱18,000.00 Monthly
