Job Description
Provide high-level administrative support to the executive, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and reports.
Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Coordinate and manage executive-level meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Handle special projects and conduct research as required.
Monitor and manage incoming emails and prioritize urgent matters.
Support in expense reporting, invoice processing, and other operational tasks.
Ensure the executive is well-prepared for meetings and engagements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with tools like Zoom, Teams, Slack, Trello, or project management software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
