Job Description
Job Purpose:
- The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executive leaders, ensuring seamless organization of meetings, documents, and presentations. This individual will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality, preparing reports, and coordinating tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) and English, highly organized, professional, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. This role requires someone who can demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, and exceptional communication skills while handling confidential information and documents with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role for senior leadership.
- Experience in the energy sector is a plus but not required.
Skills:
- Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and make decisions effectively.
- Excellent report preparation, editing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents with the utmost discretion.
