Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Arabic Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, combined with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As an Arabic Bilingual CSR, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Arabic-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues effectively and efficiently.
- Communicate with customers via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, in both Arabic and English languages.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, promotions, and company policies to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring timely resolution.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges by established procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Technical Support, and Logistics, to resolve customer issues and meet customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Able to work shift schedules
- Provide exceptional customer support experience through multiple communication channels (email, phone, and chat)
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Exceptional and above-average grammar and spelling
- Well-versed in supported languages - Arabic and English (verbal and written)
- Willing to work on-site
- Has knowledge and experience in using Excel and or Google Sheets
-With E-commerce experience is a plus
- Salary:
- ₱90,000.00 Monthly
