Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our logistics account team. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting them with inquiries, shipment tracking, issue resolution, and general support related to logistics services. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely communication between clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries related to shipment status, delivery schedules, delays, and logistics concerns
Provide accurate information regarding shipping, tracking numbers, transit times, and delivery updates
Coordinate with internal teams such as dispatch, warehouse, and transportation to resolve customer concerns
Process orders, update shipment information, and document customer interactions in the system
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to issues
Escalate complex cases to supervisors or other departments as needed
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
Salary:
₱19,000.00 Monthly
