Job Description
Assistance in the preparation, submission and filing of the application and its supporting documents;
Necessary appearances, correspondence and/or representations to obtain the certificate of registration with the BOI; and
Preparation and drafting of such other documents that may be requested by the BOI during the application process.

Assistance in the preparation, submission and filing of additional documentation, if any that may be requested by the FIRB after endorsement of the application by the BOI; and
Necessary appearances, correspondence and/or representations to obtain the certificate of registration with the FIRB
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Law, Business, or related field (CPA or legal background is a plus)
At least 3 years of experience handling BOI, DOE, and FIRB applications
Strong knowledge of tax incentive laws and government registration processes
Skilled in preparing and filing applications and supporting documents
Excellent communication and coordination skills with regulatory agencies
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines

Salary package up to 45,000
