About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage and maintain
accurate financial records for our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording
day-to-day financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. This role
plays a key part in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly and comply with legal
requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record all financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or
similar)
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts regularly
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Manage payroll and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations
• Maintain and organize financial documents and records
• Collaborate with external accountants or auditors as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience (Philippine experience preferred)
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
• Solid understanding of Philippine taxation and payroll systems
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Preferred:
• Experience working with foreign or international clients
• Knowledge of cloud-based document management tools (e.g., Google Workspace,
Dropbox)
Working Hours:
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
