Job Description
1. Social Media Strategy
- Plan and execute strategies aligned with business goals across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Develop and refine a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals, ensuring cohesive messaging and branding across all social channels.
2. Account Management
- Oversee daily operations of all social media accounts, maintaining brand consistency in voice, style, and messaging. Ensure all profiles are optimized with up-to-date information, visuals, and contact details.
3. Content Creation
- Design and produce engaging content tailored to each platform, using a mix of text, images, and videos.
- Focus on storytelling that highlights the brand’s personality and appeals to the target audience.
4. Community Management
- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
- Build and nurture a positive community, turning customers into brand advocates and addressing any concerns professionally.
5. Social Media Analytics
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from social media platforms and tools to evaluate the performance of campaigns.
- Use metrics to track progress, identify trends, and inform strategy adjustments.
6. Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to coordinate social media campaigns that are cohesive with broader marketing initiatives, supporting promotions and product launches.
7. Trend Monitoring
- Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
- Implement best practices to maintain an up-to-date strategy that resonates with audiences and performs optimally.
8. Paid Social Media Campaigns
- Assist in planning, budgeting, and executing paid social media campaigns.
- Utilize targeting options to reach specific audience segments and measure the effectiveness of ad spend.
9. Influencer Partnerships
- Identify relevant influencers and brand advocates, managing collaborations to enhance brand reach.
- Negotiate terms and monitor the success of influencer-led content, ensuring alignment with brand values.
10. Competitive Analysis
- Conduct regular assessments of competitors’ social media activities to identify trends, best practices, and areas of opportunity.
- Use insights to differentiate the brand and enhance strategy.
11. Audience Research
- Analyze target audiences' interests, demographics, and behavior.
