Job Description

The CX HR will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment by managing employee concerns, promoting engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role is responsible for addressing employee issues, facilitating effective communication, and supporting initiatives that enhance workplace culture. You will be responsible for maintaining a balanced and well-managed HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to ensure accurate and updated employee records and data management. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for supporting employees and driving organizational success

Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and programs.
Monitor employee satisfaction and recommend improvements to enhance retention.
Mediate conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
Recommend solutions and implement corrective actions as needed.
Assist in addressing performance issues and providing coaching or development plans.
Maintain accurate documentation of employee relations cases and actions taken.
Collaborate with other HR functions, such as recruitment and payroll, as needed.
Provide assistance in other HR-related projects or initiatives focused on employee well-being.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Conduct investigations and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
Promote open communication channels and a positive work environment.
Ensure employees are informed and compliant with company policies and procedures.
Support the development and communication of HR policies related to employee relations.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
At least 6 months of experience in Human Resource is highly advantage.
Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc).
Familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
Salary:
