Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the department in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and managing employee-related cases with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities
Support the promotion and implementation of HR programs that foster a positive, productive, and conflict-free workplace.
Monitor employee incident reports and escalate cases as needed, ensuring appropriate disciplinary actions are taken.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using our HRIS system.
Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives and relations activities.
Handle routine HR tasks, including but not limited to onboarding, performance management, and employee inquiries.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters such as leaves, compensation, and workplace policies.
Conduct or assist in investigations, disciplinary meetings, terminations, and the resolution of employee grievances.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Gather and analyze HR metrics (e.g., time to hire, turnover rates) to inform decision-making.
Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding, educating employees on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
Organize and track performance reviews on a quarterly and annual basis.
Maintain records of training, certifications, and other compliance-related documentation.
Qualifications
HR BPO Experience is a plus
Knowledge of employment legislation
Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Prior experience in employee relations or industrial relations
1-2 years of human resources experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
Has experience in learning and utilizing HRIS software
