LEGAL COUNSEL FOR LAND AND CONTRACTS
LOCATION: Ortigas
SETUP: Day shift, Onsite

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Legal Counsel for Land & Contracts will provide legal expertise and counsel on land acquisition, real estate transactions, contract management, and due diligence processes. This role will support the legal aspects of land-related issues, particularly in the development of power plant projects, including reviewing, negotiating, and drafting contracts. The role requires leadership experience, as well as a strong willingness to perform administrative duties and travel as needed for project execution.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.
- Member of the Philippine Bar in good standing.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in land acquisition, real estate law, contract management, and due diligence.
- Strong background in the power generation industry, particularly related to land acquisition for construction of power plants, is highly preferred.
- Leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage legal teams and interact with senior management.
- Strong understanding of Philippine land laws, real estate regulations, and energy sector regulations.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in legal research and utilizing legal tools to support decision-making.
- Experience in land acquisitions for the construction of power plants or energy-related infrastructure projects in the Philippines.
- Knowledge of land development processes and government regulations related to power plant projects in the country.
- Willing to take on administrative tasks and travel frequently for project-related matters.
Salary:
₱90,000.00 Monthly
