Job Description
Level 4 Scrum Master
Location: Makati City
Schedule: Night Shift
Set up: Hybrid – Twice a week RTO
Salary: 180,000
Qualifications:
-- At least 8 years of solid Scrum Master experience
-- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is highly preferred
-- Proven skills and background in Scaled Agile Framework, or any Large-Scale implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies for an Enterprise
-- Experience/knowledgeable in Product Model - Preferred
-- CRM implementation specifically Salesforce - Preferred
Banking, Financial and/or Payment Gateway, Credit Card Processing industry experience - Preferred
