Job Description
Location: Makati (Hybrid)
Schedule: Night Shift
Salary: 125,000 PHP
Qualifications:
-- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent
-- At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master for multiple application development teams
-- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with diverse teams, including management, engineering, project management, and technical staff
-- Strong understanding of Agile values, principles, and practices
-- Ability to coach and align Sprint Planning, Sprint Goals, and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
-- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and other Agile frameworks (JIRA, Confluence, MURAL)
-- Familiarity with Agile/Product techniques (User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration & Testing, Automated Testing)
-- Skilled in managing risks, issues, and dependencies
-- Proven leadership in continuous process improvement
-- Ability to mentor and coach Scrum teams
-- Comfortable working in a matrix organization
-- Strong problem-solving skills for complex challenges
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
-- Scrum Master Certification
-- SAFe Certification/Training
Duties and Responsibilities:
-- Champion Agile principles across the organization by coaching, guiding, and challenging teams
-- Resolve Agile transformation challenges with innovative solutions
-- Identify and facilitate removal of impediments by connecting the team with the right stakeholders
-- Coach teams in drafting, tracking, and continuously improving OKRs
-- Foster a trusting and safe environment where concerns can be raised without fear
-- Use metrics and Agile tools (e.g., burndown charts, velocity, release metrics) to measure team progress and effectiveness
- Salary:
- ₱125,000.00 Monthly
