Scrum Master

• Educational Background – minimum qualification – graduate in any field | preferred – Postgraduate / MBA in project management or related field Years of Work Experience.
• Experience of managing complex project and product development - Knowledge of managing agile methodology
• Experience working in Agile environment - Experience of managing resources with different skill set for agile delivery methods
• Experience working collaboratively with a diverse business and IT teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, creative problem-solving and strategic planning skills
• Has technical proficiency and development background
• Experience in financial technology vendor or a large financial institution
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to work in a hybrid set up at BGC
