Job Description

A Research and Development (R&D) Chef develops new recipes, experiments with ingredients, and refines existing ones, often working in a test kitchen or lab to meet consumer demands and company goals. They are responsible for creating and improving food products, ensuring they are scalable, cost-effective, and meet quality and safety standards. Additionally, R&D chefs stay updated on food trends, collaborate with other teams, and may be involved in sensory testing and product presentations.
