Job Description
FEMALE not more than 35yrs old
Graduate of related course
Current resident of Metro Manila
At least 2 years experience w/ HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, training, labor laws)
Proficient with conflict resolution and performance management
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Oversee performance management and employee development programs
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR policies
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts
Maintain HR records and prepare reports
Coordinate training and development initiatives
Support organizational change and development
Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning
Manage compensation and benefits programs
Promote employee engagement and retention
