Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong foundation in talent acquisition and hands-on exposure to Australian HR practices to join our growing team in the accounting sector. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in full-cycle recruitment, HR operations, and compliance, with a deep understanding of the unique needs of professional services environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and source top talent
Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with Australian labor laws and standards
Manage employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives
Assist with HR reporting, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and talent strategies
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a strong talent acquisition background
Prior experience working within the accounting or professional services industry is highly desirable
Familiarity with Australian employment legislation and HR practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
