Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
Proficient in XERO and MYOB Solid understanding of Australian accounting/bookkeeping Experience in preparing Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS).
Experience in processing payroll including STP, PAYG, and Superannuation reconciliation.
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and work demands Eager and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the success of the role
Willing to work Onsite : Angeles City
Can start immediately
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records using Xero and MYOB
Process accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS, and payroll tax
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Assist in preparing financial reports including P&L and Balance Sheets
Ensure compliance with ATO regulations
Manage payroll processing and superannuation
Support the accountant with end-of-month and end-of-year processes
