Job Description
Details:
- Location: Sto. Domingo, Angeles City, Pampanga
- Full-time, onsite work setup
- Salary is negotiable, highly competitive package
- Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
Execute complete payroll procedures for new hires and terminations, including final pay adjustments
Address inquiries related to payroll schedules, overtime, and adjustments via email and call
Verify payroll previews every pay cycle against previous payroll registers
Accurate input of payroll data, and running the full Payroll cycle, compiling a weekly pay run of over 50 employees
Prepare all payroll reports as required
Assist with the migration of data from HR to Payroll to Time & Attendance system
Complete Payroll processing and administration
Process Invoicing of timesheet to clients in a timely manner – with information attached
What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Accounting or any related field
Proficiency in XERO Accounting software
Prior experience in payroll administration is preferred—but training is provided
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and a proactive mindset
Can start immediately
Must be willing to work onsite, Angeles City
