Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location: Makati
Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Night Shift (US)
Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:
● Prospect and research B2B leads
● Cold call, follow up, and book appointments
● Respond to inbound inquiries
● Track outreach in CRM and dialer (tools provided)
● Support lead nurturing and conversion
● Collaborate with sales on strategy and insights

Requirements:
● 2 Years of experience with B2B
● Excellent English (written & spoken)
● Strong cold calling and sales skills
● Familiar with CRM tools and lead generation
● Self-managed, proactive, and organized
Salary:
₱30,000.00 Monthly
