Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Everise, you will:
Handle customer concerns via phone, chat, or email
Provide clear and professional responses to inquiries
Troubleshoot and resolve issues using support tools
Document all interactions in the system
Meet performance metrics such as CSAT, AHT, and QA scores
Qualifications:
At least 18 years old
High School or Senior High School graduate
Good English communication skills
Basic computer and typing proficiency
Willing to work onsite and/or on a shifting schedule
No call center experience required
