Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a sales background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of BPO experience, including 6 months of sales experience, and possess strong communication skills in both written and verbal English (B2 CEFR level or higher). This role requires a dynamic individual who is adaptable to shifting schedules and can handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
Engage in sales activities by offering products/services and handling inbound or outbound sales inquiries.
Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and offer effective solutions.
Handle customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals, including upselling and cross-selling products/services.
Accurately log customer interactions and update customer information in the system.
Work effectively within a team, ensuring collaboration and consistent delivery of customer service excellence.
Manage your schedule according to business needs, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
Qualifications:
Education: At least High School Graduate (or equivalent).
Experience:
1 year of BPO experience (preferably in customer service or sales).
At least 6 months of sales experience.
Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute (WPM).
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
