Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Financial Customer Service Representative with experience in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be a graduate or 3rd-year college undergraduate of a financial course with at least some background in financial services, such as a Sun Life Advisor, Collections Agent, or Bank Employee. Financial CCE (customer contact experience) is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service for financial services-related inquiries, including but not limited to account management, loan servicing, policy information, and financial products.
Assist clients in understanding their financial products, policies, and accounts.
Handle inbound calls and assist customers in resolving issues related to their accounts, payments, and transactions.
Provide accurate and clear information about financial products and services to both potential and existing clients.
Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, services, and industry regulations to provide accurate information.
Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs related to customer service and financial services.
Qualifications:
Graduate or 3rd-year college undergraduate of a financial course (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration).
Any financial-related experience in a non-BPO setting, such as Sun Life Advisor, Collections Agent, or Bank Employee.
Financial CCE experience (Customer Contact Experience) is a significant advantage.
Strong understanding of financial products, services, and customer service processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
