Location: BGC, Taguig

As an Account Specialist for Career Support Associate/Customer Success, your primary goal is to drive successful job placements by strategically engaging with employers and job seekers.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with employers to understand their hiring needs, provide tailored candidate recommendations, and optimize job postings for maximum visibility. You will also act as a trusted advisor to job seekers, guiding them through the application and interview process while ensuring a seamless experience within the portal.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach through phone, email, and SMS to schedule interviews and promote hiring opportunities
Manage employer relationships to improve job posting visibility and hiring outcomes
Track hiring metrics (e.g., interview-to-offer, offer-to-hire ratios) and drive job placements
Align sales and hiring activities with key business performance indicators (e.g., revenue targets, lead conversion rates)

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a contact center (Voice or Voice + Non-voice), specifically in B2B Sales or SaaS, and customer care operations
No less than 1 year tenure with any employer in the past 2 years
Proven success in driving customer and client satisfaction
At least 3 years of solid B2B Sales and SaaS experience
Background in Customer Success, specifically handling SaaS platforms
Experience in selling SaaS solutions and managing customer relationships
