Job Description
Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
- Proactively address and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through prospecting efforts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue potential.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare proposals and quotes, and negotiate contract terms to secure new business.
- Close new sales and meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our system
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure client needs are met.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on client input and market trends.
- Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development( fresh graduates are welcome ).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Proficiency in software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to travel as needed.
