Job Description
Responsibilities include monitoring and surveillance, this often involves using CCTV systems, alarm systems, and other monitoring technologies. Incident Response which responding to emergencies, alarms, and security incidents, such as theft, vandalism, or medical emergencies and this includes taking appropriate action, contacting emergency services, and preparing detailed incident reports. Patrols and Inspections which conduct regular patrols of premises, inspecting security systems and equipment, and identifying potential vulnerabilities.
Customer Service which will interact professionally with employees, visitors, and the public, providing directions, answering questions, and resolving conflicts. And lastly, reporting and documentation for maintaining accurate logs, incident reports, and other documentation as required
